We have been looking for local ingredients to create our cuisine since we moved here.  We have found great products from local farmer's market and specialty merchants who offers one of a kind products from all over the world.

Valued Tradition with Innovation

.Things change over time. Although tradition and innovation used to be seen as opposites, there is a close connection between the two.  We showcase many Antiques and Vintage vessels as well as new plates.  We would like to create our very own timelessness.

We have been collecting plates ware.  We value human creativity and we value for keeping them and mending something broken.
